About This Role

As Team Lead for the Account Management team, you will manage the activity, results, and development. In this dynamic role, we’re looking for someone who can:

• Lead and mentor Account Managers to achieve qualitative and quantitative metrics.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective strategies.
• Monitor team and restaurant partner KPIs to enhance satisfaction and performance.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring team members are equipped to provide optimal recommendations to our partners.
• Collaborate with other managers to enhance best practices and align communication strategies.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize restaurant and customer experiences.
• Support the Head of Account Management in strategic initiatives and operational tasks.
• Coach and develop the team to excel in their roles.
  
  

Can you deliver…

Here’s what we’re looking for in our next Team Lead, Account Management:

• Proven experience in team or functional management, ideally as a Team Lead.
• Deep understanding of the restaurant and FoodTech industries, particularly in B2B contexts.
• Willingness and readiness for field work.
• Strong results orientation with a focus on performance metrics.
• Analytical skills to assess operational strengths and challenges.
• Ability to quickly absorb information and provide actionable insights.
• Experience in setting objectives and driving performance indicators.
• Strong leadership qualities with agility, adaptability, and a change-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Office suite/Google suite, particularly Excel/Google Sheets.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience in Account Management within the Retail sector – a major advantage.
