Recruitment Specialist

We're looking for a Recruitment Specialist to lead recruitment processes across a variety of roles, with a focus on Information Systems, Project Management, Sales, and other technology positions.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a wide range of positions.
• Source and attract candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone and face-to-face interviews.
• Prepare professional candidate evaluations and guide candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure an efficient and high-quality recruitment experience.

What We're Looking For

• Previous recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for high-tech positions is a strong advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong candidate assessment abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• A proactive, self-driven approach and a passion for connecting great talent with great opportunities.
