We’re looking for a skilled Mobile Development Team Lead to join Phoenix and guide a team of full‑stack developers in delivering high‑impact digital solutions. This role professional management and leadership of a mobile development team responsible for the development, maintenance and upgrading of core corporate applications, with full responsibility for the architecture, development quality, work processes and leading advanced technological solutions from end to end.

What you’ll do?

• Professional and managerial leadership of a mobile development team.
• Full responsibility for the application architecture, code quality, performance, stability and maintainability.
• Planning, characterization and leadership of the development of new capabilities in a React Native-based application.
• Responsibility for planning and implementing technological solutions in areas such as Deep Linking, Push Notifications, Authentication, Biometrics, WebView, Analytics and more.
• Responsibility for integrations with AWS-based services and Microservices systems.
• Responsibility for the user experience, loading times, performance, memory management and stability of the application.
• Leadership of version planning processes, time estimates, risk management and task prioritization

What are we looking for?

• At least 5 years of experience developing mobile applications based on React Native.
• Previous experience as a Team Leader and Tech Lead on a mobile team
• Experience with TypeScript and JavaScript
• Experience implementing advanced development tools
• Familiarity with AWS architecture - a significant advantage
