Bookkeeping Team Leader (2926)

IDE Technologies, a global leader in water treatment and desalination solutions, is looking for a highly skilled Bookkeeping Team Leader. This is a key position within our Finance division, directly influencing our financial precision and supporting our extensive global growth and operations.

What you will do:

• Lead the accounting team at our headquarters, overseeing daily operations and providing guidance to accounting staff within our international subsidiaries.
• Serve as the professional authority and knowledge hub for accounting, collaborating across departments including Payroll, Controllership, Logistics, and Budgetary Control.
• Ensure full accountability for the quality and timely filing of tax reports, maintaining strict compliance with regulations, VAT laws, and standard accounting practices.
• Mentor and enhance team proficiency in a dynamic work environment by driving efficiency and implementing improved workflows.
• Lead bookkeeping-focused projects within the Priority (ERP) system.

What you will bring:

• Bookkeeping Certificate Type 3 is mandatory; Payroll Controller certificate is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Priority modules is a significant advantage.
• 7+ years of experience as a Bookkeeping Team Leader managing accounting for multiple legal entities, with a strong preference for candidates from global, industrial, or project-based organizations.
• Extensive experience with multi-currency transactions, revaluation, consolidations, intercompany reconciliations, vendor/inventory management, and loan/interest accounting.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Advanced Excel skills.
