Project Manager – Elevator Installation | Leading Company in Central Israel

We are seeking a Project Manager – Elevator Installation to oversee and manage elevator installation projects at construction sites across Israel, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, in compliance with quality and safety standards.

The role includes coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, managing subcontractors, resolving on-site issues, and supervising installation activities in accordance with company procedures, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for elevator installation projects from project initiation through final handover.
• Manage installation subcontractors, including coordination, supervision, performance monitoring, and enforcement of work procedures.
• Maintain work logs, project schedules, status updates, and progress reports for the Execution Manager.
• Coordinate with site project managers, main contractors, suppliers, and company engineers.
• Resolve technical issues arising during project execution in collaboration with the Technical Department.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
• Manage the installation project budget within the scope of assigned authority.
• Oversee testing, inspections, commissioning, and project handover to the customer.
• Monitor installation quality and efficiency while supervising subcontractors' performance.
• Coordinate and manage interfaces across internal departments and external stakeholders, including Logistics, Engineering, Operations, Contractors, Suppliers, and Customers, ensuring effective communication and project synchronization.

Requirements

• Previous experience in project management within the elevator industry – Required.
• Hands-on experience in elevator installation – Advantage.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to read engineering drawings.
• Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, customers, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project reporting tools – Required.
• Technical education or engineering background – Advantage.
• Valid driver's license – Required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, assertiveness, ability to work under pressure, and excellent on-site problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong attention to detail while maintaining a broad project perspective, with excellent organizational and planning skills.
