We're looking for a UX & Marketing Experience Specialist to join our team!
If you're passionate about creating seamless digital experiences, combining UX thinking with marketing strategy, and using data to drive continuous improvement, we'd love to meet you.
In this role, you'll own and enhance the customer experience across all marketing touchpoints by combining UX/UI best practices, product marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and MarCom coordination.
Working closely with Product, Acquisition, Design, and MarCom teams, you'll ensure that our campaigns, landing pages, website experiences, and product communications are user-centric, consistent, and optimized for conversion.
What you'll do
UX & Digital Experience
- Design wireframes, user flows, interfaces, and interactive prototypes using a conversion-first mindset.
- Improve website and landing page experiences to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Support A/B testing initiatives and contribute to Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) projects.
- Identify friction points across key customer journeys and collaborate with Product and
Acquisition teams to continuously improve the user experience.
Product Marketing & Customer Experience
- Support product marketing initiatives from a UX perspective.
- Ensure campaigns, product communications, and feature launches are intuitive, customer-centric, and aligned with business goals.
- Help shape user-focused messaging and storytelling that enhances the overall customer experience.
Marketing Communications
- Partner closely with Design, Product, CRM, and Acquisition teams to deliver seamless customer experiences across all marketing touchpoints.
- Support campaign briefing processes and review creative assets through a UX and usability lens.
- Ensure consistency across campaigns while maintaining both brand guidelines and UX best practices.
Innovation & AI
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, wireframing, content creation, and workflow automation.
- Explore emerging AI solutions for UX research, testing, and optimization.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor experiences to continuously improve our digital experiences.
Performance & Optimization
- Monitor landing page performance and user behavior metrics.
- Present UX recommendations based on data and customer insights.
- Measure the impact of implemented improvements and identify new optimization opportunities.
What we're looking for
Experience:
3+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
- UX/UI
- Product Marketing
- Marketing Design
- Digital Marketing
- Marketing Communications (MarCom)
Technical Skills
- Figma or similar UX/UI design tools
- Adobe Creative Suite
- AI tools for design, content creation, or workflow optimization
- Wireframing and prototyping
- Landing page optimization
- Customer journey mapping
- Basic understanding of analytics and user behavior
Nice to have
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Experience with CRO methodologies
- Experience running or supporting A/B tests
- Familiarity with Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar UX analytics tools
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4)
