International Shipping & Logistics Specialist

We're looking for an experienced International Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on role responsible for coordinating international shipments, managing shipping documentation, and ensuring smooth import and export operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international import and export shipments from start to finish.
• Work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping companies, and other logistics partners.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, including hazardous materials where applicable.
• Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Management teams.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in international shipping, import/export and logistics coordination - must
• Solid knowledge of shipping documents, Incoterms, Bills of Lading, HS Codes, and UN Codes.
• Experience working with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• High level of English (written and spoken).
• Experience with Priority ERP – must
• Experience handling hazardous materials – an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
