Technical Project Manager

We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to join one of Israel’s leading and well-established automotive and leasing companies - a large, stable organization with nationwide operations and presence.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage end-to-end cross-organizational technology projects.
• Gather business needs, analyze requirements, and write business and technical specification documents.
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical users or clients in a clear and accessible manner.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining organization, accuracy, and timely delivery.
• Work closely with development, support, implementation teams, and external vendors.
• Take full ownership of project progress, remove blockers, and drive processes toward successful delivery.
• Develop a deep understanding of existing systems and align them with the organization’s business needs.
• Track tasks, maintain documentation, and support the implementation of new solutions and processes across the organization.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience managing projects in technological environments- Must
• Experience writing business and technical specification documents- Must.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to dive into details when needed- Must.
• Excellent ability to simplify and communicate complex information to non-technical audiences- Must.
• Strong process management and ability to lead initiatives independently- Must.
• Experience working with development, support, or implementation teams- Advantage.
• Familiarity with interfaces, Web Services, and data structures- Advantage.
