We build agentic AI systems that analyze performance data, generate diverse playable and video ad concepts, deploy them to ad networks, and continuously learn from the results. Our system doesn't remix templates. It creates fundamentally different creative hypotheses, each one built from real performance signals.

We are looking for a sharp, curious, and tech-savvy Controller to join our finance team and support the monthly close, budgeting, and FP&A processes. You will take ownership of recurring analyses, reporting, and reconciliations - while building automation and AI-driven workflows that make our finance function faster, sharper, and more scalable.

Responsibilities:

• Support the monthly closing processes (accounting and FP&A).
• Build, maintain, and improve financial reports and dashboards.
• BvA and periodical analysis, insight and proactive approach.
• Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and planning.
• Develop automation and AI-driven workflows (e.g., Claude Code) to streamline reporting, analysis, and data processing.
• Prepare tax returns and reports to the authorities, and work closely with the Company's external auditors.
• Prepare presentations and reports for management and key stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather data and resolve issues that impact financial results.
• Support ad-hoc financial analyses, projects, and processes.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting – Mandatory.
• CPA with completed internship – Mandatory.
• 2+ years of post-internship experience in a finance role at a hi-tech company – Mandatory.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience – Mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Hands-on experience with (or strong drive to adopt) AI and automation tools such as Claude Code – a significant advantage.
• Fluent English (verbal and written).
• High standard of accuracy, attention to detail, resourceful, independent, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Quick learner, organized, responsible, and personally dedicated to meeting deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
