What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technology, engineering, and defense-related roles.
• Source and attract top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing, social platforms, referrals, and creative search strategies.
• Conduct in-depth screening interviews and assess professional and cultural fit.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and understand business needs deeply.
• Manage multiple positions simultaneously while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.
• Proactively build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Drive recruitment processes with urgency, ownership, and high standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in technical recruitment / talent acquisition – preferably within technology, engineering, or defense sectors.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and confidence working with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean searches.
• Ability to identify high-potential talent beyond keywords and CVs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• High level of independence, accountability, and execution.
• Business mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A “can-do” attitude, curiosity, and a true passion for connecting people with opportunities.
