Role overview
Own and execute the global sales strategy across geographies and channels (retail, distributors, e‑commerce, marketplaces). Build and scale a high‑performance international sales organisation, manage key partner relationships, lead complex commercial negotiations and deliver ambitious revenue and margin targets.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement the global go‑to‑market and channel strategies (retail, distributors, direct e‑commerce, marketplaces).
- Build, lead and coach regional sales teams and sales managers; set KPIs, targets and a results‑oriented culture.
- Own global revenue, margin and commercial budgets; drive forecasting, planning and regular performance reporting to the executive team.
- Manage and deepen strategic partnerships with distributors, retailers and global accounts; lead high‑value contract negotiations.
- Identify and prioritise new market entry opportunities and expansion plans (land & expand).
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, E‑commerce, Operations and Finance on pricing, promotions, inventory and launch execution.
- Provide market insights, competitive analysis and actionable recommendations to senior management and the board.
Experience & skills
- 10+ years of commercial/sales experience, with at least 5 years in global or multi‑regional roles.
- Proven track record scaling international sales teams and driving revenue growth across multiple channels.
- Strong experience in consumer goods; experience in juvenile/baby/children categories is a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated success managing multi‑stakeholder commercial models (retailers, distributors, e‑commerce).
- Excellent negotiation, commercial acumen and financial sense (P&L awareness).
- Data‑driven decision maker with strong analytical and forecasting skills.
- Outstanding leadership and people‑management skills; ability to build and motivate distributed teams.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally frequently.
