Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a SAP Materials Management Consultant based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, with flexibility for part-time work from home. The consultant will design, configure, and support SAP Materials Management (MM) and related modules, aligning system functionality with client business processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing requirements, mapping and optimizing procurement and inventory processes, and implementing or enhancing MM and Warehouse Management solutions. The role involves creating functional specifications, collaborating with technical teams, performing system testing, and supporting data migration and cutover activities. The consultant will also provide end-user training, resolve incidents, document solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP Materials Management (SAP MM) and Materials Management expertise, including configuration and integration with related modules
• 4 years of experience as a SAP MM consultant is a must
• Proven ability to analyze and optimize business processes in procurement, inventory, and logistics.
• Solid analytical skills, including requirements gathering, root-cause analysis, and solution design
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (preferably S/4HANA Grow or Rise) and/or SAP ECC MM
• Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations, including blueprinting, testing, and go-live support
• Clear and professional communication skills in English; Hebrew proficiency is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in hybrid teams, manage priorities, and collaborate with stakeholders at different levels
