Senior Technical Project Manager | Hands-On

The platform unifies sales, service, distribution and logistics into a single system, providing operational control, real-time visibility and AI-based optimization. WEBLET supports technicians, field sales representatives, drivers and transport operations, and runs across smartphones, tablets, laptops and desktops.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ramat Gan, Israel.

This role combines project management, solution implementation, business analysis and technical integration, with deep involvement throughout the project lifecycle. The position offers significant leadership and management growth potential.

Key Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing and leading end-to-end information systems projects, including

business analysis, implementation, testing, deployment and go-live.

• Proven experience implementing ERP, CRM, WMS, TMS, FSM or other complex operational systems.

• Experience working directly with business customers, including requirements gathering, leading

meetings, process management and expectation management.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English – an advantage.

• Strong ability to write functional and technical specifications, requirements documents, interface

specifications, meeting summaries and analysis reports.

• Ability to present solutions and lead discussions with customers, managers, users and technical teams.

• Advanced SQL knowledge and experience – mandatory.

• Experience working with XML, JSON and data structures – mandatory.

• Understanding of and experience with system interfaces and integrations, including APIs, Web Services,

file-based integrations and other integration methods.

• Ability to investigate issues and analyze data independently.

• Experience working with Development and QA teams.

• Daily use of AI tools as part of the work routine, including technical work, business analysis, data analysis,

testing and process optimization.

• Currently based in Israel and able to work on-site in Ramat Gan

Significant Advantages

• Experience working with Priority or SAP.

• Knowledge of JavaScript.

• Experience in logistics, distribution, field service or field operations.

• Experience in a SaaS company or Software House.
