Senior Finance Manager

365Scores is an Israeli Sports-Tech company and a subsidiary of a publicly traded group.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to manage and oversee the company's financial operations. The role entails full responsibility for ongoing financial control in Israel and the subsidiary in Brazil. The position combines financial management with a hands-on approach and requires continuous interface with the global parent company's headquarters regarding reporting, budgeting, and taxation, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This role reports to the Director of Finance.

Responsibilities:

• Accounting Oversight & Control: Responsibility for overseeing the accounting integrity and financial reporting in Israel and Brazil, including reviewing monthly closing processes.
• Financial control: Managing the financial relationship with the parent company regarding reporting, budgeting, treasury and tax matters.
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Own the annual budgeting and rolling forecasting cycles
• Tax & Regulatory Compliance: Ongoing collaboration with accountants and tax advisors (in Israel and Brazil) for tax planning and resolution of tax issues.
• Process Improvement: Improving and streamlining work processes and implementing internal financial controls.
  
  

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Big 4 Accounting Firm Experience
• 8-10 years of experience in finance management roles within global or high-tech companies.
• End-to-End Expertise: Deep and comprehensive understanding of the entire financial value chain.
• Forecasting Expertise: Proven experience in building complex financial models.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (Financial Modelling)
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Hands-on approach, high level of ownership, and a "can-do" attitude.
• Process leadership capabilities (sharp analytical thinking, attention to detail, and systemic vision).
• Experience with AI-driven financial tools and automation- an advantage.
