UCT is looking for a talented Project Manager to join us in Israel!

Project Management responsibilities include planning multiple projects management activities, project resources, defining and managing budget, and collaborating with different departments and all relevant stakeholders to ensure full alignment of projects scope and timelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Define project scope of work and deliverables
• Gather and control business, project and technical requirements
• Manage full projects lifecycle, from kick-off to delivery and customer support
• Define and own Project Charter and other project documentation
• Monitor project activities progression according to plans
• Set project team roles and responsibilities
• Define and Manage Projects risks and mitigations
• Deliver regular status reports to management
• Continuously refine efficiency of projects resources
• Identifying and developing project management methodology, best practices and standards
• Evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhere to budgets, and meet deadlines
• Document the projects creation, development, and execution as well as the projects scope, budget, and justification

Other Duties:

• Ensuring that project/team milestones/goals are met through common project management tools and routines
• Tailor the processes and managing interdependencies to meet project objectives
• Lead complicated processes and balance competing demands
• Coaching, mentoring training and oversight.
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to details and technicalities
• Excellent organizational and technical abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
• Relevant training and/or certifications as a Project Management Officer.
  
  

Educational/Certification Requirement:

BSc degree or higher, in engineering science or related field from a recognized institution.

Preferred - Mechanical Engineer

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in machinery, electronics, or semiconductor-related environments.
• Proven experience in large global companies, with at least 2 years of prior experience as a Development Engineer.
