Technical support & Customer success

Microcon, a growing defense company, is seeking Technical Support & Customer Success.

The role includes providing technical support to customers at the system operation level, performing system integration and implementation at customer sites, and conducting software testing (QA).

Role Responsibilities:

• Providing first level technical and software support for company systems via phone and email.

• Performing product demonstrations and system integrations for customers in Israel and abroad.

• Conducting software testing from development to production.

• Supporting dedicated applications and performing remote troubleshooting.

• Assisting with the product SDK.

Requirements:

• Strong technical orientation, system level understanding, and hands on capabilities.

• Relevant education — Software Practical Engineer / Software Tester - mandatory.

• Familiarity with the networking world (routers, IP based protocols) - mandatory.

• Knowledge and experience with C and/or Python - mandatory.

• High level English, spoken and written - mandatory.

• Understanding of web page structure, common web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and experience with Developer Tools - significant advantage.

• Knowledge and understanding of Windows / Linux operating systems - significant advantage.

• Ability for self-learning, motivation, and curiosity to grow and explore new systems.
