We are looking for a passionate, growth-oriented Tech Recruitment Team Lead to join us, partner with our Recruitment Manager, and lead our talented sourcing and recruitment team to new heights.

Location: Kfar Saba (Hybrid Model)

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Strategic Partnership: Partner closely with the R&D Recruitment Manager to shape, execute, and optimize our division's hiring strategy.
• Team Leadership: Mentor, guide, and manage a team of tech recruiters, fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and winner-mindset environment.
• End-to-End Ownership: Lead and oversee complex, full-cycle recruitment processes for diverse technological roles from kickoff to placement.
• Data-Driven Management: Utilize data, recruitment metrics, and KPIs to optimize hiring funnels, identify bottlenecks, and drive results.
• Innovation & AI: Implement advanced sourcing methodologies and leverage modern tech tools (including AI innovations) to stay ahead of the market.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure an outstanding, seamless, and respectful candidate journey.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

• Proven Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience as a Tech Recruitment Team Lead / Sourcing Team Lead within a dynamic tech or global company environment.
• Tech-Savvy & Passionate: Deep understanding of the tech ecosystem (Cyber, Cloud, Data, AI) and a genuine passion for modern recruitment methodologies.
• Natural Leader: Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, with an innate ability to motivate others and drive high performance.
• Execution & Drive: A proactive, dynamic, and goal-oriented professional with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong "can-do" approach.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Languages: Fluent in Hebrew and English (both written and verbal).
