🚀 Senior BI Manager | Strategic Leadership Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior BI Manager to lead the Data & BI domain within a large, leading organization. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on shaping the organization’s data strategy, leading multiple professional teams, and driving innovation across Data, BI, and AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead and manage BI, Data, Data Science, and Systems Analysis teams

🔹 Define and execute the organization’s Data & BI strategy

🔹 Own enterprise BI and Data architecture

🔹 Lead cross-functional, data-driven projects and strategic initiatives

🔹 Drive AI adoption and innovation across the organization

🔹 Partner closely with senior executives and business stakeholders

🔹 Oversee critical 24/7 data platforms and ensure operational excellence

🔹 Mentor managers and team members while fostering a high-performance culture

Requirements:

✔ Proven leadership experience managing BI/Data functions in large organizations

✔ Experience leading multiple teams and managers

✔ Strong background in Data and Analytics technologies

✔ Deep understanding of BI and Data architecture

✔ Familiarity with AI technologies and data-driven innovation

✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
