אחריות על ביצוע למידות (A3) - תחקירי אירועים בנושאי איכות

הכרת מערכות האיכות המפעליות ושימוש בהן בעת הצורך

הסמכת ספקים הכוללת מסמכים רלוונטיים + ביצוע מבדקים על פי תכנית מבדקים שנתית.

אחריות על מעקב וניתוח תלונות לקוח ושווקים במפעל- כולל ביצוע תחקירים לפי הצורך וניתוח מגמות.

אחריות על ניהול אי התאמות ופעולות מתקנות פנים מפעליות

תמיכה בכתיבת נהלי איכות והוראות עבודה

ניהול תכנית ההדברה המפעלית, זיהוי מגמות והתאמת הפעולות הנדרשות על פי עונות השנה

ליווי ניסיונות בתחומים הרלוונטיים

תמיכה בעת ביקורות משרד הבריאות, מבדקים חיצוניים ופנימיים

אחריות על מעקב אחר שינויים ברגולציה בתחום המזון והטמעתם בתהליכי המפעל

ייזום והובלת פרוייקטים בנושאי שיפור והתייעלות.

דרישות

תואר במדעי המזון/ תארים רלוונטיים אחרים (מדעי החיים, כימיה, ביוטכנולוגיה)

• הכרות עם תקני מזון HACCP/FSSC22000
• יכולת הנעה עצמית, אסרטיביות ויכולת עצמאית בשטח.
• יכולת ירידה לפרטים, יוזמה, ראש גדול, יכולת רתימה.
• אנגלית ברמה גבוהה (קריאה, כתיבה ודיבור)- חובה
  
  

• שליטה מלאה בישומי אופיס, היכרות עם ERP - חובה.
  
  

• Responsible for the implementation of lessons learned (A3) and quality-related incident investigations.
• Knowledge of the plant's Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ability to use them as required.
• Supplier qualification, including review of relevant documentation and conducting supplier audits according to the annual audit plan.
• Responsible for monitoring and analyzing customer complaints and market feedback, including conducting investigations as needed and performing trend analysis.
• Responsible for managing internal non-conformances and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Support the development and maintenance of quality procedures and work instructions.
• Manage the plant's pest control program, identify trends, and adjust required actions according to seasonal changes.
• Support and oversee trials and pilot runs in relevant areas.
• Provide support during Ministry of Health inspections, as well as internal and external audits.
• Monitor changes in food regulations and ensure their implementation within the plant's processes.
• Initiate and lead continuous improvement and operational efficiency projects.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field (e.g., Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology).
• Familiarity with food safety and quality standards, including HACCP and FSSC 22000.
• Self-motivated, assertive, and capable of working independently in a production environment.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive approach, initiative, and the ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams.
• High level of English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) – required.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional interfaces, both locally and internationally – required.
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with ERP systems – required.
