Controller

A leading Family Office in Tel Aviv is seeking a Controller to join its Finance team in a broad and dynamic role, working closely with the Head of Finance and supporting the organization's financial reporting, investment activities, financial controls, and business processes. The role also includes exposure to tax-related matters as part of the overall finance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial, management, and investment reports.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Manage reporting and analysis within investment and asset management systems.
• Monitor and maintain cash flow reporting.
• Collect and analyze financial data from portfolio companies, including budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Lead the implementation of Priority ERP and support process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with ongoing tax-related reporting, compliance matters, and coordination with external advisors and tax authorities when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics; Israeli CPA certification required.
• Familiarity with tax reporting and compliance requirements – an advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with Priority ERP.
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Location: Tel Aviv | Hybrid work model following the onboarding period.
