System Administrator

MSP360 is looking for a talented and service-oriented System Administrator to join our growing team in Rosh HaAyin.

This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for supporting and managing client IT environments, including Microsoft 365, Windows Servers, networking infrastructure, cloud platforms, endpoint security, and backup systems.

The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, enjoys troubleshooting complex issues, and is eager to continuously learn and work with modern IT and cybersecurity solutions.

• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 environments
• Manage Windows Server infrastructure and Active Directory
• Support Azure and cloud-based services
• Configure and troubleshoot networking components, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls
• Deploy, configure, and maintain workstations and endpoint devices
• Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability
• Provide technical support to end users remotely and onsite
• Participate in infrastructure and cloud migration projects
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
• Implement security best practices and support cybersecurity initiatives

• 2+ years of experience as a System Administrator
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration
• Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP, and network troubleshooting
• Experience with backup and recovery solutions
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V)
• Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent Hebrew speaker
• Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills

• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Experience with Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, or other security platforms
• PowerShell scripting and automation experience
• Experience with Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience working in an MSP/Managed Services environment
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Fortinet)
