At Third Eye Systems, we develop advanced electro-optical Counter-UAV (C-UAV) systems (and many other innovative solutions) that protect our forces and friendly partners.
We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and relationship-driven Sales & Business Development Representative to join our team and help expand our activity mainly within Israel’s defense ecosystem (but not limited to it).
This role focuses on creating opportunities, opening doors, and building relationships within target markets.
Whether you come from a sales background in defense or a relevant role within the IDF, Ministry of Defense, or the Prime Minister’s Office – this is an opportunity to leverage your experience into a meaningful commercial environment.
What you will do
- Generate and develop leads within existing and potential accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Conduct initial customer meetings, introductions, and product presentations.
- Map organizational structures and identify relevant entry points for new opportunities.
- Support the sales process in collaboration with senior sales managers.
- Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, R&D) to align solutions with customer needs.
What we are looking for
- Up to 2–4 years of professional experience in customer-facing roles, sales support, business development, or product-related roles.
- Strong advantage for candidates with experience in sales within the defense sector or relevant roles in the IDF, Ministry of Defense, or Prime Minister’s Office.
- Proven ability (or strong potential) to open doors, generate leads, and initiate business opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.
- High motivation to work in a commercial, target-driven environment.
- Ability to leverage existing networks within the defense/security ecosystem – a strong advantage.
- Technical curiosity and ability to understand complex technological solutions.
- Fluent Hebrew and very good English.
