The Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
We're looking for an ambitious SDR to identify new opportunities, build relationships with local businesses, and create a strong pipeline for our sales team.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Identify and map potential restaurant, grocery, café, and retail partners across Tel Aviv.
• Reach out to prospective businesses through phone calls and outbound outreach.
• Understand each business's needs and present HAAT's value proposition.
• Schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team.
• Manage and maintain leads within the CRM system.
• Work closely with Account Executives and the Expansion team to build a healthy sales pipeline.
• Keep lead information, business potential, and follow-up activities up to date.
• Meet weekly and monthly KPIs for calls, qualified leads, and scheduled meetings.
What You Bring to the Table:
• 1–2 years of experience in SDR, phone sales, appointment setting, or customer-facing sales roles.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• High energy, resilience, and confidence handling objections.
• Strong organizational skills and experience using CRM systems and Google Sheets.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Passion for sales and building relationships.
• Strong desire to grow into Sales, Account Management, or Business Development roles.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Tel Aviv's restaurant, hospitality, retail, or delivery ecosystem.
