Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based in Ashdod. The Product Manager will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, definition, planning, and delivery of digital products. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing requirements, translating business goals into clear product roadmaps, and writing user stories and specifications for the development team. The role involves close collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and customer-facing teams to ensure timely releases and a consistent, high-quality user experience. The Product Manager will also analyze product performance, collect feedback from users and stakeholders, and use data to refine features, improve usability, and guide future product decisions.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in product management or a closely related role, including managing roadmaps, backlogs, and product releases.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, user story writing, and collaborating with engineering and design teams.
• Ability to use data and analytics tools to make informed product decisions, measure performance, and validate hypotheses.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around a shared vision.
• Familiarity with agile or similar product development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or comparable platforms).
• Comfort working on-site in Ashdod, with strong collaboration, time management, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in software or digital product companies is preferred; background in user experience, customer research, or startup environments is a plus.
