Mertens - MalamTeam is looking for a Financial Systems Operations Specialist to join a leading organization in the Shfela region. Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operation of a multi-system investment technology environment with multiple integrations

Perform daily operational routines across a variety of technology domains

Provide first-line support, troubleshoot application issues, and coordinate resolution with third-party vendors

Define and manage monitoring processes to proactively identify and prevent system failures

Develop playbooks for incident response based on alerts and issue types

Manage production deployments and perform proactive sanity checks to improve system stability and prevent incidents

Collaborate with internal technology teams, external partners, and business stakeholders

Requirements

5+ years of experience in application operations

Experience supporting and troubleshooting applications in complex environments, with financial systems experience considered an advantage

Hands-on experience working in diverse technology environments, including databases, Active Directory, SQL, monitoring and control tools such as Centrify and Control-M, API management, privileged access vaults, and related technologies
