Mertens Malam Team is looking for an Android Mobile Tech Lead to join a leading financial organization in Central Israel. This is an exciting opportunity to lead mobile development teams, drive architectural decisions, and deliver innovative digital solutions in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the technological and architectural direction of Android mobile development teams

Design, develop, and implement innovative solutions for the organization's digital channels

Drive development processes and lead cross-platform projects in an Agile environment

Develop using Android, Kotlin, Java, Jetpack Compose, Restful APIs, GraphQL, and CI/CD pipelines

Collaborate with development, architecture, infrastructure, information security, QA teams, and external vendors while promoting high engineering standards and code quality

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience developing Native Android applications using Kotlin and Java

At least 2 years of experience leading development teams and providing technical leadership

Hands-on experience with Android Studio, Jetpack Compose, ViewModel, LiveData, and Data Binding

Experience working with Restful APIs, GraphQL, and CI/CD processes

Strong understanding of MVVM, Clean Architecture, or MVP architectural patterns
