Mertens - MalamTeam is looking for a Digital Product Manager to join a leading organization in the Gush Dan area. This is a great opportunity to lead digital products end-to-end, working closely with business and technology teams to deliver innovative, user-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead digital products throughout the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements

Define product MVPs and roadmap

Prioritize development tasks and manage sprint planning

Own and optimize the user experience while ensuring regulatory compliance and driving innovation

Define KPIs, perform product analysis, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Provide product guidance and training to service and sales teams

Manage user-reported issues and coordinate resolutions

Collaborate with internal business and technology stakeholders as well as external vendors in a matrix environment

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience managing digital products and projects in the insurance or financial services industry – mandatory

Experience with product and analytics tools such as JIRA, Figma, Google Analytics, and Glassbox

Familiarity with software development processes

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

High service orientation with excellent prioritization and time management skills
