The firm’s work spans urban renewal projects, evacuation-and-construction deals, renovations, TAMA 38 initiatives, group acquisitions, and complex real estate transactions. The team supports private individuals, groups, investment funds, and companies through every phase of profitable real estate ventures, alongside a strong commercial law practice. With extensive sector experience, the firm provides end-to-end guidance from project concept and developer selection through licensing, construction, occupancy, and registration. Clients include companies, entrepreneurs, investment funds, property owners, tenants, and investors who rely on the firm’s professional, skilled, and personalized service.

Role Description The Attorney will handle a variety of legal matters related to real estate and commercial law, providing legal advice and representation to a diverse client base. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements; conducting legal research; preparing legal opinions and memoranda; and managing files from initial consultation through closing. The role also involves coordinating with external stakeholders, regulatory authorities, and internal team members to support urban renewal and other real estate projects. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, requiring close collaboration with colleagues and clients in the office.

Qualifications

• Solid grounding in Law, with demonstrated experience in property, real estate, and commercial law.
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law relevant to real estate, construction, or commercial projects.
• Ability to provide clear, practical Legal Advice to a range of clients and stakeholders.
• Strong Research skills for analyzing legislation, case law, and regulatory requirements.
• Effective Negotiation skills for contracts, settlement discussions, and multi-party agreements.
• Licensed attorney in Israel, in good standing with the Israel Bar Association.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew; good command of English is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
• Prior experience in real estate transactions, urban renewal, or commercial law is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and maintain high professional ethics.
