CRM Dynamics Systems Analyst (5468)

Join a leading company as a CRM Dynamics Systems Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex systems and produce detailed functional and technical specification documents.
• Lead requirements gathering and analysis sessions with business stakeholders.
• Analyze end-to-end business processes and define system interfaces.
• Work closely with internal and external development teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support development, testing, and implementation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience as a Systems Analyst.
• Proven experience writing detailed functional and technical specifications, including interface design.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and requirements analysis.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and development teams.
• Knowledge of SQL and experience writing queries.
• Relevant degree or professional certification in Systems Analysis.
• Significant advantage: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including system configuration or business process implementation.
• Advantage: Familiarity with customer service, sales, or marketing business processes.
