CRM Dynamics Development Team Lead

Elad Systems is looking for a talented CRM Dynamics Development Team Lead to join our technology division!

Role Description

Lead and manage a Dynamics CRM development team, taking full responsibility for designing, developing, and implementing complex technological solutions. The role includes working closely with clients, managing cross-functional interfaces, and leading projects end-to-end—from requirements gathering and design through development and production release.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development (On-Premises and/or Online).
• Proven experience leading a hands-on development team, including task allocation, technical mentorship, and quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Plugins.
• Experience developing and maintaining Workflows, Power Automate, and Business Rules.
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server, including writing queries and stored procedures.
• Experience developing interfaces and integrations (Web Services, REST, WCF, APIs).
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into CRM solutions.
• Experience implementing custom UI and familiarity with the Unified Interface.
• Ability to work in an Agile / Scrum environment.
