A fast-growing startup developing innovative cybersecurity and defense technologies is looking for a VP HR to build and lead its global People function.
This is a unique opportunity to join an early-stage, hyper-growth company and play a key role in scaling the organization. The primary focus of this role is building and leading global talent acquisition while establishing the HR infrastructure needed to support rapid growth.
This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on HR leader taking on a first or second VP HR role, who is passionate about building organizations from the ground up, leading global recruitment, and helping scale an early-stage company.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute the company's global talent acquisition strategy.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, attracting exceptional talent across engineering, product, sales, and corporate functions.
- Recruit top talent globally, with a strong focus on Israel and the US.
- Partner closely with the founders and executive team to define hiring plans and support rapid organizational growth.
- Build scalable recruiting processes, employer branding, and an outstanding candidate experience.
- Establish and develop HR policies, processes, and infrastructure to support company growth.
- Lead onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, compensation, and organizational development initiatives.
- Foster a high-performance culture while supporting employees through rapid growth and change.
Requirements
- Proven HR leadership experience in a B2B SaaS company (mandatory).
- Significant experience leading global recruitment in a fast-growing technology company.
- Experience recruiting technical, R&D, product, sales, and go-to-market talent.
- Experience working in an early-stage or high-growth startup.
- Hands-on, execution-oriented approach with the ability to build processes from scratch.
- Strong business partnering and organizational development capabilities.
- Experience in the cybersecurity or defense industry is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
