Chief Financial Officer

A leading company is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. This is a strategic leadership role with full responsibility for the organization's finance function, partnering closely with senior management to drive financial excellence, strengthen governance, and support key business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all financial activities across the organization

Oversee financial reporting and statutory reporting processes

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Drive financial controls, governance, and process improvements

Lead and support mergers & acquisitions (M&A) activities

Oversee the financial operations of subsidiary companies

Partner closely with executive management on strategic and business initiatives

Requirements

Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer

Extensive experience with public company financial reporting

Proven track record leading M&A transactions

Experience overseeing subsidiary companies

Fluent English

Experience working in an international business environment

Background in a software or technology company - a significant advantage
