About the role

The Credit team at Revolut creates and scales lending features that power global growth. They manage the entire product lifecycle, from backend systems to customer-facing experiences. By combining market insight, risk expertise, and technical precision, they deliver safe, forward-thinking solutions tailored to each region.

We're looking for a Collections Manager to build out local processes and procedures and oversee the team's continued performance. You'll set up and manage our external collections agencies.

What you'll be doing

• Leading the development of compliant and effective debt collection processes
• Ensuring collections processes comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Improving efficiency across the collections workflow
• Owning and managing the end-to-end debt collections process for retail credit portfolios
• Optimising internal and external collections operations to improve customer contact effectiveness
• Documenting policies, processes, and procedures for debt collection and recoveries
• Developing, managing, and refining collection strategies to optimise recoveries
• Continuously improving collection processes, metrics, and tools
• Overseeing and selecting debt collection agencies to ensure SLA adherence

What you'll need

• Fluency in English
• 3+ years of experience in debt collection and recoveries in a retail bank, fintech, or DCA
• Experience in creating and documenting collections processes
• An in-depth understanding of debt portfolio management, debt sales, and debt restructuring
• Knowledge of credit products
• Knowledge of local debt collection laws and regulations
• A proven ability to manage performance and relationships with third-party service providers
• Motivation to identify and implement automation opportunities for continuous improvement
