We are looking for an experienced Solution Consultant Buildings – Hotels \Real Estate\ Healthcare Segment to drive business growth and technical excellence across the hospitality market in Israel and surrounding territories.
In this customer-facing role, you will act as a trusted advisor to buildings segments , consultants, contractors, system integrators, and channel partners, helping them design and implement innovative energy management, building automation, and electrical distribution solutions.
What will you do?
As a Key Account Manager, you will:
- Develop deep market knowledge of the hospitality sector and identify growth opportunities.
- Support sales teams with technical expertise and solution positioning throughout the sales cycle.
- Engage directly with hotel owners, operators, consultants, and decision-makers to understand project requirements and business needs.
- Provide technical guidance on Schneider Electric solutions, including specification, configuration, and product selection.
- Convert competitor specifications into Schneider Electric solutions by delivering compelling technical and commercial value propositions.
- Collaborate with sales engineers and channel partners to maximize market penetration and profitable growth.
- Prepare technical and commercial documentation, proposal support materials, and recommended order lists for customers.
- Participate in customer meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and partner engagements.
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders across the hospitality ecosystem.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities, sharing insights with internal stakeholders.
- Promote Schneider Electric’s brand, values, and sustainability vision in every customer interaction.
Required Experience & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical solutions, building technologies, energy management, or related industries.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical distribution, building automation, and integrated solutions.
- Proven experience supporting complex customer projects and influencing technical specifications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance customer needs and business objectives.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Valid Category B driving license.
- Experience working with hotels, hospitality projects, or commercial buildings.
- Knowledge of smart building technologies, energy efficiency solutions, and sustainability initiatives.
- Experience working with consultants, contractors, and channel partners.
