Senior Technical Project Manager

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager who combines strong technical depth with exceptional leadership and execution skills.

As a key member of the LevelUP organization, you will:

• Lead strategic AI transformation programs across engineering organizations
• Drive adoption of AI-powered tools, workflows, and best practices
• Partner with senior technology leaders, architects, engineering teams, and product organizations
• Manage complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple global teams across Israel and the United States
• Define success metrics, track business impact, and communicate progress to executive leadership
• Navigate ambiguity, remove blockers, and ensure successful delivery in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project Management or Technical Project Management experience
• Strong technology background with deep understanding of software development and modern SDLC practices
• Proven experience leading large-scale, complex programs across multiple teams and organizations
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience working with global teams across different geographies and time zones
• Ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment among diverse stakeholders
• Experience leading AI, GenAI, Developer Productivity, or Digital Transformation initiatives
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or AI Agents
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and modern engineering practices
• Passion for helping organizations adopt new technologies and ways of working
