Import Export Buyer

A leading industrial company specializing in the development and manufacturing of innovative machinery for the agricultural sector is seeking an Import, Export & Procurement Coordinator for an independent, central, and dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate international import and export shipments (sea & air)
• Obtain quotations, coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders, and oversee the entire logistics process from customs clearance to final delivery
• Prepare shipping and export documentation and provide end-to-end logistics support
• Issue and track purchase orders, including monitoring delivery schedules with local and international suppliers
• Collaborate with internal departments: warehouse, production, sales, customer service, and finance
• Work with government authorities to handle required permits and regulatory approvals

Mandatory Requirements:

• Proven experience in import/export operations and international logistics
• Experience in procurement processes within an industrial organization
• Strong English skills (spoken, written, and reading)
• Experience working with Priority ERP system
• Good proficiency in Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
