Position: Full-time

Location: Ra'anana, Israel

Responsibilities:

• Allocate personnel to projects and customer tasks
• Manage the calendars and tasks of the technical team
• Handle unforeseen scheduling events related to the technical team
• Address service events with clients regarding priorities and schedules
• Serve as the primary contact for customer communication related to coordinating department activities
• Initiate tasks with operational and sales teams
• Monitor the frameworks of all activities
• Ensure all projects are updated in supporting systems in coordination with the technical team

Requirements

• Experience in customer service
• High service orientation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skils
• Broad systemic vision
• Proficiency in computer applications and Office
• Ability to work under pressure
• Experience in calendar management (an advantage)
