Support Engineer

We're looking for a talented and motivated Support Engineer to join our team!

You will be responsible for troubleshooting, identifying issues, and delivering professional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

:• Providing remote Tier 3 support for our embedded information security solutions to ensure exceptional service delivery to our valued customers

.• Identifying and efficiently resolving technical issues with a high level of professionalism, ensuring optimal client satisfaction

.• Collaborating closely with the IT and information security teams of our clients, fostering strong working relationships, and meeting their specific needs

.• Acquiring an in-depth understanding of security solutions from various manufacturers, enabling you to offer specialized expertise and guidance to customers

Requirement

s:• 2 years of relevant experience in Help desk/

IT• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interactions with clients and internal team

s.• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, allowing you to tackle complex technical challenges with efficienc

y.• Prior experience in customer service and client-facing roles, demonstrating your ability to provide top-notch support and build positive relationship

s.• The ability to perform well under pressure and meet demanding deadlines, ensuring seamless support even during challenging situation

s.• Excellent command of English, both written and verba
