Real Estate Analyst

A leading non-bank real estate financing company is looking for a Real Estate Analyst to join its growing credit team.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a professional organization specializing in financing residential real estate projects, with direct exposure to large-scale transactions, credit decision-making and leading developers across the Israeli market.

In this role you will:

Analyze real estate credit and financing transactions

Assess project feasibility, financial performance and key risk factors

Prepare materials for Credit Committee discussions

Review project budgets, cash flow forecasts and financial statements

Monitor approved transactions throughout the financing lifecycle

Work closely with developers, appraisers, attorneys and financial institutions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or Business Administration

Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in Excel

Experience in credit analysis, financial analysis or real estate analysis - an advantage

Understanding of real estate finance and lending - an advantage

Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills

Exposure to complex real estate financing transactions

Direct involvement in credit and investment decision-making
