Information Security Team Lead

Ready to lead enterprise security in a large financial organization?

We're looking for an experienced Information Security Team Lead to drive critical security infrastructure, lead a highly skilled team, and remain deeply hands-on with modern security technologies.

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor the Information Security & Directory Services team
• Own enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Active Directory / Entra ID environments
• Manage and optimize Firewalls, Microsoft Defender, Azure Security, PAM, MFA, DLP, and Conditional Access
• Design and implement secure architectures following Zero Trust and Defense in Depth principles
• Collaborate with IT, Networking, Development, SOC, and external vendors
• Drive security projects from design through production while ensuring compliance with strict regulatory standards

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of hands-on enterprise Information Security experience
• Previous managerial experience leading Information Security teams
• Strong expertise with Check Point, CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, Azure, Entra ID, and PIM/PAM solutions
• Experience managing enterprise firewalls, Directory Services, and hybrid cloud environments
• Previous team leadership experience
• Financial industry experience – an advantage
• CISSP/CISM – an advantage
