Procurement Buyer

MATRIX is recruiting a Buyer for a MedTech company in Yokneam

The role includes full responsibility for end-to-end procurement within Research and Development (R&D), including materials, components, engineering services, and laboratory equipment to support prototypes, pilots/procurement projects (POC), and supplier handover (NPI).

The responsibilities include: sourcing suppliers, negotiating, reviewing contracts, analyzing price quotes, and closely collaborating with engineering teams, laboratories, operations, finance, quality, regulatory, and legal teams to meet development timelines and technical requirements.

Qualifications:

At least 4 years of experience in procurement in industrial/manufacturing environments

• Experience working under SOX and SOD controls

• Direct experience supporting procurement activities in research and development

• Ability to read and interpret non-disclosure agreements, service agreements, work agreements, and supply agreements

• Performing the full procurement cycle: RFQ, TCO analysis, issuing purchase orders, expediting, tracking shipments

• Familiarity with procurement in laboratories/engineering, custom tools, PCB/PCBA, and technical components

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Priority / similar)
