Arad Group is looking for a talented and analytical Corporate FP&A Analyst to join our Corporate FP&A team at our headquarters in the Yoqneam area.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting process, including financial modeling, data analysis, and collaboration with business units.
• Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and provide actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Prepare executive-level monthly management reports, dashboards, and financial analyses.
• Develop financial models and perform in-depth business and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Support the monthly financial closing process by preparing provisions, accruals, and related financial analyses.
• Collaborate closely with managers across the organization to support planning, reporting, and performance management.
• Work extensively with financial systems, including Priority ERP, Power BI, and advanced Excel tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes through automation and AI-driven solutions.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.

Position: Full-time

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a similar corporate finance role.
• Proven experience in budgeting, financial planning, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
• Experience with Priority ERP-an advantage.
• Experience with Power BI-an advantage.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve productivity and automate financial processes – an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
