Software Engineer (Full-Stack AI & Infrastructure)

What You’ll Do (The Scope): This role spans five core pillars:

• Shape the Engineering Culture: You will help design and establish our development environment, CI/CD practices, testing methodologies for non-deterministic AI systems, and overall engineering standards.
• Data Engineering: Build and optimize the data pipelines that feed our models. You'll handle everything from ingestion and cleaning to structuring massive datasets for high-throughput training and inference.
• Backend Architecture: Design and implement rock-solid, high-performance APIs and microservices. You’ll ensure our AI capabilities integrate seamlessly with a fast, responsive backend.
• Infrastructure & DevOps: Own the cloud infrastructure (GCP), containerization and automated deployment pipelines. You will ensure our AI infrastructure is scalable, secure, and blazing fast.
• AI Engineering: Design, fine-tune, and deploy production-grade AI models and LLM agents.

Your Toolkit (Requirements):

• Core Languages: Mastery of Python (for AI/Data)
• Backend & Infra: Strong foundations in system design, RESTful APIs, cloud providers (GCP), and IaC (Terraform).
• Methodology Mojo: Strong opinions, loosely held, regarding local development setups, containerized workflows, testing AI applications, and Git workflows.
• Experience: 6+ years of professional experience building, scaling, and architecting data-heavy or AI-driven applications in production.
• Front end: Proficiency in frontend development (e.g., React, TypeScript)
• AI & Data: Experience with frameworks for LLM orchestration, Vector Databases and data tools.
