Responsibilities:

• Prepare and distribute client reports from local and international banks, including statements, tax reports, and annual reports.
• Manage ongoing communication with international banks and clients regarding deposits, withdrawals, cash transfers, and securities transfers.
• Support the operational processing of structured products, hedge funds, and alternative investment funds.
• Generate customized reports for corporate clients and provide professional support to clients, accountants, and agents.
• Handle digital signatures, suitability documentation, and various operational processes.
• Collaborate with internal departments while maintaining and updating financial data across internal systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree – an advantage.
• Previous experience in a bank or investment house – a significant advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
