Qualifications:

• Fluent in English, with a professional working proficiency.
• Proven experience in the financial aspects of venture capital or private equity.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management systems.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a finance team in the future.
• A strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience as a Financial Controller (preferred, not a must)
• CPA-certified with significant post-qualification experience (preferred, not a must)

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Financial Statements and full financial reporting.
• Leading portfolio management and in-depth analysis of fund investments.
• Managing the operational and financial management of funds.
• Ownership of regulatory reports and ensuring compliance.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for investors, auditors, and external stakeholders.
