Standing Together is the largest Jewish-Arab grassroots movement in Israel, with over 6,000 active members and grassroots actions across the country. Standing Together fosters solidarity and partnership between Jewish and Palestinian citizens of Israel through nationwide campaigns and grassroots actions to advance the struggle for peace, equality, social, climate, and economic justice and an end to the occupation.
We’re looking for a full-time (part time optional) Donor Relations and Resource Development Associate. As a key member of our resource development team, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with supporters, managing donor communications, and helping secure funding to sustain and expand Standing Together’s impact.
Responsibilities- Manage communications with donors and supporters, including updates and personalized correspondence.
- Assist in the planning and execution of donor engagement events, both virtual and in-person.
- Occasional travel (domestic and international) to meet with donors and supporters, participate in public speaking engagements, and conduct fundraising tours to strengthen relationships and support for Standing Together.
- Develop compelling materials, including impact reports, donor updates, and proposals, in collaboration with the English content team and wider Standing Together movement to effectively communicate our organizational impact and funding needs to supporters and donors.
- Administrative duties related to donor stewardship and resource development, such as updating donor databases.
- A deep connection to the values of the grassroots movement "Standing Together," and its activities.
- Ability to express political ideas verbally and in writing.
- Ability and enthusiasm for cultivating and maintaining relationships with supporters and donors - both locally and internationally.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to write high-quality written emails and communications.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Ability to work with a team and independently.
- Previous experience in donor relations, fundraising, or grant writing - advantage.
- Passionate about peace, equality, social justice, and ending the occupation!
- English – close to/native written and spoken proficiency (required)
- Arabic – proficiency is a strong advantage
- Hebrew – proficiency is a strong advantage
- Full-time position (100%), with an option for part-time
- Start date: immediate
- The position includes partial work-from-home options. The offices are located in Tel Aviv, Haifa, Jerusalem, Be’er Sheva and Nazareth.
- Salary and working conditions are determined according to a collective agreement, including annual increments and allowances. The base salary for a full-time position is 11,587 NIS.
