Our product is live, with the core platform and AI capabilities in place. We're now looking for a hands-on Founding CTO to join us as a co-founder and take the platform to the next level.

NOKK combines official government data, market intelligence, financial insights, AI agents, and personalized decision support into one intelligent platform that helps people make better decisions—from their first property search to signing the deal.

The Technical Challenge

Building NOKK goes far beyond integrating AI into an existing product.

We're building an AI-native platform that combines multiple data sources, reasoning, personalization, structured workflows, and exceptional user experience into one seamless experience.

The challenge isn't just making AI work—it's making it genuinely useful for one of the biggest decisions people ever make.

The Platform Today

NOKK is already live and running in production.

The platform combines a modern web application, an AI-native architecture, and a proprietary data platform that integrates dozens of official government and market data sources.

At its core is an intelligent decision engine that transforms fragmented information into structured insights, personalized recommendations, and guided workflows that help people make smarter home-buying decisions.

The foundations are in place. Now we're looking for someone to challenge existing assumptions, evolve the architecture, and help shape the next generation of the platform.

The Opportunity

This isn't a typical CTO role.

You'll join as a co-founder, helping define our technology vision from day one.

You'll work side by side with the founders, making technical and product decisions, writing production code, and shaping the future of the platform.

What You'll Build

As our Founding CTO, you'll help shape every aspect of the product and technology.

You'll architect and build an AI-native platform that brings together data, reasoning, workflows, and exceptional user experience into one seamless product.

You'll work on challenges such as:

• Building a network of AI agents that collaborate to solve complex real-world problems.

• Turning fragmented data into clear, actionable insights.

• Designing intelligent workflows that guide users through one of life's biggest financial decisions.

• Creating a consumer product where AI feels invisible—powerful, intuitive, and genuinely useful.

• Shipping fast, learning from real users, and continuously improving the product.

From day one, you'll be writing production code, making product decisions, and helping define the technical direction of the company.

You'll Probably Enjoy This Role If...

• You love building great products.

• You're an exceptional hands-on engineer.

• You have strong product instincts and care deeply about creating intuitive B2C experiences.

• You're AI-native. You don't just use AI—you constantly explore new models, tools, frameworks, and agent architectures, and instinctively think about how they can be used to build better products and exceptional user experiences.

• You're excited by early-stage startups and want to build as a founder.

• You enjoy moving fast, taking ownership, and turning ideas into products.

• Experience building AI-native products is a strong advantage.

• Experience in PropTech or real estate technology is a plus.
