Service Team Manager

🚨 We're Hiring: Service Manager

We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a service desk team of 2 service coordinators.
• Coordinate and schedule 5 field service technicians.
• Plan daily routes and work schedules.
• Generate reports and monitor service performance.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in service management.
• Technical background with experience in a technical service center – required.
• Industrial Engineering Technician (or a related degree) – required.
• High proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with reporting, scheduling, and route planning.
• Experience working in a computerized environment.
• High-tech industry experience – an advantage.
• Immediate availability – an advantage.

📍 Full-time | Sunday–Thursday | 08:00–17:00

💰 Starting salary: ILS 11,000 + commission, with opportunities for salary growth.

דרישות:

✔ ניסיון בניהול שירות – חובה.

✔ ניסיון טכני במוקד שירות – חובה.

✔ הנדסאי/ת תעשייה וניהול – חובה (יתרון לתואר רלוונטי).

✔ שליטה גבוהה ב-Excel, Office ו-SAP.

✔ ניסיון בהפקת דוחות, סידורי עבודה ותכנון קווים.

✔ יתרון לבעלי ניסיון מחברות הייטק.

✔ יתרון לזמינות מיידית.

🕗 משרה מלאה | א'-ה' | 08:00–17:00

💰 שכר התחלתי: 11,000 ₪ + עמלות (עם אפשרות לעליית שכר בהמשך).
