Role Description As a Qlik Sense Developer at ONE dataAI, you will design, develop, and maintain Qlik Sense dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, model data, and translate complex data sets into clear, actionable visualizations. Daily activities include building and optimizing data loads, ensuring data quality, implementing security rules, and troubleshooting performance issues. You will collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and other team members to integrate Qlik Sense solutions into broader data and analytics ecosystems. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Ramat Gan, with the flexibility to work part of the time from home.
Qualifications

• Strong Qlik Sense development skills, including dashboard design, data modeling, expressions, and scripting.
• Experience working with relational databases, SQL, and ETL processes to prepare and integrate data for BI solutions.
• Background in business intelligence, reporting, and data visualization, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of data analysis and analytics concepts, including KPIs, metrics, and performance monitoring.
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and security best practices in BI environments.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and interact with non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and deliver high-quality solutions within agreed timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with additional BI tools, data platforms, or cloud environments (such as Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, or Azure) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English; Hebrew language skills are beneficial for collaboration with local stakeholders.
