Cloud Security Engineer (Azure)

6-month contract (maternity leave replacement) with potential for extension.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support secure cloud environments.
• Lead the technical aspects of Cloud Security projects, from requirements gathering and architecture to implementation.
• Perform cloud security assessments and configuration reviews.
• Serve as the technical focal point for customers throughout project delivery.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in Cloud Security or Information Security.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 Security.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Entra ID, and Conditional Access.
• Familiarity with Intune, Purview, CASB, Teams Security, and Zero Trust.
• Strong Information Security background; networking and network security experience is an advantage.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or similar automation tools – an advantage.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (SC-900, SC-200, AZ-500, etc.) – an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
